BSE|Home came to our rescue when we needed help the most — and we will always be grateful for that. At very short notice, they stepped in and were able to support and progress the job within days, despite the complexity involved. Our system is a Daikin air source heat pump, and it was clear from the outset that the team genuinely knew the equipment inside out. They quickly diagnosed the issues, put a clear plan in place, and got everything moving when others had failed to do so. What really stood out was how brilliant the entire team were — not just technically, but as people. The engineers were professional, calm, friendly, and respectful throughout. Alongside the heating work, they also carried out the necessary electrical work to ensure the system was safe, compliant, and working exactly as it should. Everything was explained clearly, with patience and care, and nothing ever felt rushed. After weeks of being cold and worn down by the situation, having BSE|Home involved was a huge relief. They brought reassurance, competence, and genuine kindness at a time when it really mattered.
