⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly exceptional service from start to finish After being without hot water and heating for over six weeks during the winter, we had reached a point where things felt incredibly stressful and uncertain. BSE|Home came to our rescue when we needed help the most — and we will always be grateful for that. At very short notice, they stepped in and were able to support and progress the job within days, despite the complexity involved. Our system is a Daikin air source heat pump, and it was clear from the outset that the team genuinely knew the equipment inside out. They quickly diagnosed the issues, put a clear plan in place, and got everything moving when others had failed to do so. What really stood out was how brilliant the entire team were — not just technically, but as people. The engineers were professional, calm, friendly, and respectful throughout. Phil and his team are really knowledgeable about heat pumps and solar panels.
