Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used BSE Home to install an air source heat pump and a new PV system with batteries for us, and we are very pleased with the result. The scaffold was up and down in just over a week and they left the property clean & tidy and even cleaned our gutters! Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly exceptional service from start to finish After being without hot water and heating for over six weeks during the winter, we had reached a point where things felt incredibly stressful and uncertain. BSE|Home came to our rescue when we needed help the most — and we will always be grateful for that. At very short notice, they stepped in and were able to support and progress the job within days, despite the complexity involved. Our system is a Daikin air source heat pump, and it was clear from the outset that the team genuinely knew the equipment inside out. They quickly diagnosed the issues, put a clear plan in place, and got everything moving when others had failed to do so. What really stood out was how brilliant the entire team were — not just technically, but as people. The engineers were professional, calm, friendly, and respectful throughout. Alongside the heating work, they also carried out the necessary electrical work to ensure the system was safe, compliant, and working exactly as it should. Everything was explained clearly, with patience and care, and nothing ever felt rushed. After weeks of being cold and worn down by the situation, having BSE|Home involved was a huge relief. They brought reassurance, competence, and genuine kindness at a time when it really mattered. Thanks to them, we finally had our heating and hot water restored — and, just as importantly, our peace of mind. A huge thank you to everyone at BSE|Home. We honestly cannot recommend them highly enough and would not hesitate to trust them again for any residential heating, electrical, or Daikin heat pump work in the future.

Anxiety or behavioural challenges
Physical disabilities requiring supportive environments

At BSE|Home we offer a wide range of sensory lighting solutions that can be tailored to the needs of both children and adults:

Interactive lighting systems allow users to engage with their surroundings by changing colours, patterns, and effects at the touch of a button or remote. These systems are ideal for children with sensory needs who benefit from interactive stimulation.

Soft, Low-Level Lighting

For individuals who are sensitive to bright light, we install soft, low-level lighting systems that are soothing and easy on the eyes, creating a more comfortable living space.

Projector and Patterned Lighting

Create a magical, immersive space with projector lighting that displays calming patterns, stars, or other images on walls and ceilings. Perfect for sensory rooms or dedicated relaxation spaces.
